G-Unit’s The Game rose to the top of the Billboard’s Top 200 album charts yestarday, with sales of nearly 600,000 copies of his debut album, The Documentary. The album was reported sold out in many stores due to the high demand.
Unfortunately, The Game’s celebrations might be short lived. The rapper was reportedly involved in an altercation at a Washington D.C. radio station in which Xzulu, a popular radio host, was sent to the hospital.
While details of the altercation have not been confirmed, a police spokesman for the Prince George’s County Police stated “There was an incident, and he (Game) is among the people identified…there is an ongoing investigation.”
Representatives for The Game have not released a statement and declined to comment on the matter.
