With such lyricist as WALE and Tabi Bonney holding down the DMV region, you
might as well throw the up and coming Napoleon Da Legend in the mix. With a
true appreciation for the Hip-Hop culture, this MC has already started
making some waves and has created a buzz and has garnered the support of the
online Hip Hop community.
On The Myth or The Legend, there's no denying, Napoleon continues to storm
his audience with lyric driven tracks instead of the gimmicky choruses that
has been populating the game at the moment. Throughout the EP, Napoleon
manages to keep an impeccable balance of beats, flow, voice, & lyrics with
records such as "Veni Vidi Vici part 2", "March 2 Zion" and : Jah Don't
Lie".
If you aren't familiar with Napoleon Da Legend by now get familiar, because
the kid is a shooting star with enormous potential and with a genuine
respect for the game, the sky is the limit for this newcomer, who
consistently defies the predictable.
