How It Happend:
I've always been inspired by listening to Rap, I Started Listening to it when i was about 8 & Started Freestyling when i was 13 which in the future led to writing lyrics / Recording Ect.
A lot of people are asking how we got our name well, Me Magik & Deuce (Plus a few other friends) Went on a camping trip July, 05 and magik came up with the concept of our area code (5-3-0) and we are explict, witch makes the Dirty 5 Thirty For more info about me / my bio simply scroll down and read My Biography

Alex McDonald was born October 24, 1990 into a family of 4 (Mom, Dad, Brother, & Alex), at Marshall Hospital Placerville, CA. Music was always a big part of his life, and Alex didn’t really start getting into rap up until he was about 8 years old when his cousins (Josh & Jay / Deuce) introduced it to him. Artist’s such as 2pac (Makaveli), Dr. Dre, Brotha Lynch etc. Around that same time Alex was given the Nickname Smallz at a Annual Loon Lake Camping trip for being the youngest in the Generation.
When Smallz was around 11 he formed a great Passion for music started purchasing every rap CD The day they arrived to stores and would study the album until memorized.
At This time Smallz started losing focus in school, and failing classes. which continued but when he Completely lost focus was when he was in 8th grade. When he heard Damian (Aka Magik Member of Dirty 5 Thirty) Freestyle Smallz felt he HAD to start rite away! So as soon as he got home he would go into his room and just listen to rap and freestyle for about 30 minutes to an hour a day. Smallz wouldn’t tell anyone he flowed (Freestyle) Until he was 13 with Magik, And Deuce (His Cousin Jay).
Smallz’s wasn’t really aware of what the real world was like up until he was 14 on a scuba diving trip with his Father & Brother. Now Alex only was Scuba diving because he wanted to have a father son relationship which backfired…and hisdad had a heart attack on their first dive of the trip. Believe it or not that hit him so hard it knocked Alex on his feet and helped me realize that the worlds not perfect.
As time went by Alex’s Cousins / Good friends went on a camping trip of June 2005 which was where Magik thought of the name For them the Dirty 5 Thirty. And they got in the rap group together (Members: Magik, Smallz, & Deuce).
